This weekend Spun was feigning for biscuits and gravy. We went to Skillet Diner over the weekend and damn near ate everything they had on the menu … except the biscuits and gravy because they were (get this) out! So yesterday I snagged some before kicking off the day as my folks rolled out of town at Geraldine’s Counter which were, well, some of the best I’ve ever had. Fluffy biscuits, creamy gravy, sausage that isn’t too spicy. Sublime. Spun again did not get any as she had prior engagements. So today, my love, I give you gravy and Seattle over easy. It’s gonna be a hot one and you need a good breaky to start your day. So eat the sunshine up!
